Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a dish you can never go wrong with. It's easy, cheap and just about everyone loves it. Whether you are gearing up for a coming up Superbowl Party or you need to make a dish for a potluck, this can be your new go-to recipe. This is the recipe I use to make my buffalo chicken dip and the guys at work say its the best they've ever had. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. [8 oz.] cream cheese, softened [any brand works]
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 Ranch Dressing, [I use Hidden Valley]
  • 2 [10 oz.] cans of chicken [any brand works]
  • 1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
  • I typically add a little more Frank's RedHot Sauce than the recipe calls for just taste yours and see if you want it a little spicier!
  • I serve this dish with tortilla chips, but it can also be served with crackers or veggies.
